Crossroads Christian Academy is partnering with New Century CSA to bring Circleville a pumpkin patch and fall activities behind the the Crossroads Church outside Circleville on Tarlton Road.

In addition to a pumpkin patch, they are also offering a corn maze, photo props, straw maze for toddlers, and concessions. The pumpkins are 35 cents per pound and the corn maze is $5. The straw maze for the toddlers is free. Concessions are reasonably priced.

Tim Cook leases ground from Crossroads and he said he kind of got talked into growing Pumpkins by Rhoads who he works with pretty regularly. He said he had some extra ground that he wasn’t going to use, so I he decided in early summer to pick up where Renick’s left off. He said he’s never thought about putting this kind of thing together because Renick’s Family Market on 23 just north of South Bloomfield had the market pretty locked down; however, they closed for good last year. Cook also runs New Century CSA, which offer fresh produce deliver in central Ohio via a subscription service.

The outdoor fall fun center is open on Thursday and Fridays from 3 PM to dusk, Saturdays 10 AM to dusk. Closed Sundays. It’s located at 5679 Tarlton Road, Circleville behind the Crossroads church. Call 740-207-1073 for more information or to schedule a field trip. Cook said school field trips welcome!
